1. After the host is running, observe the changes in the calibration in the calibration setting column of the man-machine interface. When the interface shows that the punctuation is normal, observe the actual cursor point situation. If the actual cursor point is on the horizontal sealing tape, the alignment photoelectric head should be moved forward (the alignment photoelectric head will be moved as much as the actual cursor point is shifted). The punctuation will move down, and then observe the interface display until the interface display and the actual cursor are normal. On the contrary, if the actual cursor point is under the horizontal seal, the alignment photoelectric head should be moved backward until the actual cursor point and the interface display are normal.

2. During operation, if it is found that the interface displays the calibration correction, the normal conversion and the correction time is longer than the normal time, it means that the bag length is too short, and the bag length should be adjusted longer. Conversely, if the display shows the standard negative repair and normal conversion and the negative repair time is long, it means that the bag length is too long, and the bag length should be adjusted shorter. If there is a direct change from positive correction to negative correction, it means that the speed of the calibration motor is too fast, and the speed of the calibration motor should be slowed down (the value of the calibration correction value changes).
