1. Usually the grease is added regularly every 2 months, but if the smoothness of the components of the weight sorter is found to be insufficient and abnormal noises are made, the grease should be added in time.

2. If the material on the sorting line is sticky, please remove the material impurities and dust on the automatic sorter in time, so as not to affect the work of the automatic sorter.

3. When replacing each accessory, please pay attention to the corresponding model and make sure the model is different.

4. The power of the weight sorter should be turned on and the voltage should be stable. If the voltage is unstable, please turn off the power supply in time for maintenance, otherwise the motor will be easily damaged.
