Besides, it can detect broken needles, metals mixed with products.

Test theory:

Generally, metal detector consists of two parts, namely metal detector and automatic removal device, with detector as the core part. The detector is internally distributed with three groups of coils, namely, the central transmitting coil and two equivalent receiving coils. The high-frequency variable magnetic field is generated by the oscillator connected to the middle transmitting coil. In the idle state, the induced voltage of the two receiving coils cancel each other before the magnetic field is disturbed, and reach the balance state. Once metal impurities enter the magnetic field area and the magnetic field is disturbed, this balance will be broken, and the induced voltage of the two receiving coils cannot be offset. The induced voltage that is not offset will be amplified by the control system, and an alarm signal will be generated (metal impurities are detected). The system can use the alarm signal to drive the automatic removal device, so as to exclude metal impurities from the production line.
